Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates (UK)

• Standard Delivery: 7–10 business days — £ 4.00 (Free on orders over £70)
  

International Shipping  We currently ship to UK, Canada and USA. International delivery typically takes 7–14 business days. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applicable in their country.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Delays While we aim to meet all delivery estimates, occasionally shipments may be delayed due to courier issues, weather, or high demand (e.g. sale periods, holidays). We appreciate your patience in such cases.

Incorrect Address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Luqvero is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Missing Packages If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact us within 7 days so we can investigate with the courier.
